1. Order tracking. You can track your order in your personal account or send us an e-mail message at info@conwearsion.com

2. Order modification. You can also modify your order after you have placed it but before it is shipped. As soon as we dispatch your order, making any changes to it will be impossible.

3. Order cancellation. Don’t worry if you have placed an order by mistake or changed your mind – while we are picking and packing your order at our warehouse, you have a chance to cancel it.

4. Order return. An order return is possible within 30 days from the day of receiving it and a refund of the amount paid will also be done.
